About Erin

Hi there, I'm Erin and I am a queer, AuDHD licensed therapist who lives with chronic illness/disabilities. I use a trauma and polyvagal-informed lens to help increase your nervous system regulation and help you find greater peace, joy, and improve your overall functioning.

Those who have experienced trauma in their personal life and/or on a societal level and may find it difficult to be their full, genuine, authentic self. I want to help you achieve a life of self-compassion, understanding, and acceptance!

I use a neurodiversity & gender affirming lens to provide a safe and inclusive space.

I am a non-binary human who enjoys doing puzzles, swimming, jellyfish, and traveling to the Georgia Aquarium. I am described as being attentive, goofy, joyful and a calm presence.

I strive to be what all neurodivergent people need in this world: acceptance and understanding.

About Emily

Welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Qualified Supervisor (QS). I am a Level 2 Gottman trained therapist and specialize in working with couples and families.

In addition to working with couples and families, I have a special interest working with the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent community.

For many neurodivergent and/or queer individuals, working on their own self-acceptance and needs is already a full-time job; as a result, relationships can suffer. I strive to help individuals find the language to set boundaries and limits to advocate for themselves, communicate their needs and have a healthy, supportive relationship of any kind.

We all deserve a healthy, safe and peaceful life with positive connections, freedom to have needed physical and emotional accommodations and a safe space to have all your special interests expand!

Little about me: I love spending my free time doing Legos, cooking/baking and my favorite form of self-care: going to see the whale sharks at the Georgia Aquarium!

If I am the right fit for you or you want to talk to make that determination, feel free to set up a consultation call.
